YourSpace advises QV Creative on the lease of 194 m² office space at Generaal Vetterstraat 73b in Amsterdam Schinkel
QV Creative is a creative communication agency that was founded by four TU Delft Alumni, and has had an office in Delft for the past 5 years. The creative agency sees moving to Amsterdam as a logical next step for attracting new customers and finding creative talent.
At QV Creative, we help our clients at home and abroad translate abstract ideas and complex concepts into compelling stories. And by thinking about an effective communication strategy that helps to actually bring your story to life with the most important stakeholders.
YourSpace has been able to guide and advise QV Creative in the search for office space in Amsterdam.
As of February 1, 2025, QV Creative will be located on the first floor of the office building. The office has a lot of daylight through the large windows at both the front and rear, and has a beautiful roof terrace.
The transaction was supervised on the rental side by Van Maarschalkerwaart Makelaardij
